Day-1, Dutchland

Today all the participants arrived at the venue. The Dutch participants already arrived in the afternoon to prepare the location and the beds for the international guests. This was also the perfect time for the Dutch group to get to know each other. Because the kitchen wasn't prepared yet, Ina came up with the genius idea of ordering Chinese food. 

After dinner, there were more preparations for the Romanian and Hungarian guests as well as preparations for spending a week at our designated venue. 

As expected everyone got distracted and went on to play games and hang out by the fire until a few hours later everyone was reminded that preparations needed to be finished. Beds were made and macaroni was prepared. In the evening, the Dutch participants decided to kill some time by playing more games, socializing and drinking a bit. The rest of the group arrived at 12:30, everyone got introduced to each other, but the getting to know part had to be halted for the next day as the new participants hadn't eaten yet and everyone was tired from the day of travel and preparations. A new day would bring new friendships!
